1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or yearly membership at any time. To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing cycle, please use one of the following methods:

Self-Service (Instant): If available for your membership tier, you may cancel directly by clicking the "Cancel Membership" button within your account dashboard. This is the fastest way to ensure your subscription does not renew.

Email Support (48-Hour Notice Required): Send a cancellation request to support@relationshiptheory.com. To avoid being charged for the next period, email requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

2. Access Following Cancellation
If you cancel your membership before the end of your current billing cycle, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid period (the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the year for yearly plans). At that time, your subscription will not renew, and your access will expire.

3. Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
We want you to be satisfied with Relationship Theory. If you have questions or technical problems, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Unless we clearly state otherwise in a specific promotional offer, there are no refunds for products or services, and all sales are final.

No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Requests: In the event that a specific offer included a refund guarantee, you must submit your request to support@relationshiptheory.com within the timeframe specified in that offer. You must include the product name and your reason for the request.

Discretionary Refunds: All refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund request for any reason.

4. Termination of Service

​We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate our Terms of Service or community guidelines.
